Message: I have shopped here for years and spent thousands.. every year I retained Bestbuy's Elite Plus status... which they got rid of along with rewards unless you use your Bestbuy credit card

Message: Tried the rowing machine, pretty dope. It was a great experience the whole lay out of the store, I didn't walk it though, but the guy and lady who helped me. They got my online order that read unable to be filled but they found the item (compared it w the inhouse inventory) didn't have to wait.

Message: I've picked up 4 or 5 things from this store in the last 4 months and every time I had to wait on someone going and getting someone else to release my order when I'm standing at the pick up desk. They have also never checked my ID and my last pickup was moderately expensive.
